In cases where there is no existing offer of a compromise agreement from your employer, the aim would be to persuade your employer to settle via the compromise agreement route, and without the issue of proceedings. If we do need to issue proceedings, we will still attempt to pursue a resolution with your employer at the same time as moving your case forward.
